Texas Rangers's Latest Performance :
The Texas Rangers have won 3 of their last 5 games to where the O/U was 2-2-1. Recently, the Rangers would not only end up losing a 3-game set to the Cleveland Indians, but, followed this up with a 4-game home series loss to the Boston Red Sox on 5-6-2018. Nonetheless, they were able to pick up a series win against the struggling Detroit Tigers at home on 5-9-2018. The Rangers would also go on to beat the Houston Astros in game 1 of a 3-game road set on 5-11-2018 by a score of 1-0.

Seattle Mariners's Latest Performance :
The Mariners have won 3 of their last 5 games to where the O/U was 3-2. They did, however, come out rejuvenated in a 3-game road set against the Toronto Blue Jays to sweep the series on 5-10-2018. Game 1 of their 4-game road set versus the Detroit Tigers was postponed.

Against The Spread Selection: Seattle Mariners
My reason for the pick :
While the Rangers have indeed picked up some wins in their past couple contests, I will back the Mariners to get an all-important win in game 2 of this series. The fact is that the Mariners, as stated, have really dominated this series at home and Texas, despite playing better in their last few games, will not be able to solve the bats of the Mariners in the end. In all, Seattle will indeed pick up an important division victory on Tuesday night.
