Against The Spread Selection: Milwaukee Brewers
My reason for the pick :
The Brewers should be able to take care of the Pirates on the road as I predict a 4-1 victory for the Brewers in the 5 game series. With the series win over the Pirates, the Brewers will extend their lead on top of the division. The Brewers pitching will come through for them on the road they should be able to shut down the Pirates batters and limit them from scoring runs. Aguilar will play well for the Brewers on the road showing us why he was selected to the All-Star game. Even though the Pirates have a 1-0 season series lead over the Brewers, they will have a tough time playing against the Brewers. The Brewers are a much-improved team from the first time these two teams played. The Pirates have also been struggling at home playing against teams with a winning record.
Brewers take the series win on the road against the Pirates.
