Seattle Mariners's Latest Performance :
The Mariners are currently on a ten game road trip as they get ready to take on the Astros in a four-game set. The Mariners have now dropped into third place of the AL West division they are 65-48 on the season. The Mariners trail the A’s by only two games for the last spot in the Wild Card. The Mariners will look to redeem themselves after losing to the Astros at home at the end of July. The Mariners are 29-24 when playing on the road this season. Coming into this series the Mariners are 17th in pitching with a 4.08 ERA and 22nd in batting with 464 runs scored this season. This series could be the turning point of the Mariners season considering how hot the A’s have been in the second half of the year.

The Astros just recently beat the Mariners at the end of July 2-1 on the road in a three-game set they will be looking for a similar outcome the second time around.
