How Chicago White Sox & Detroit Tigers Matchup.

Vegas Odds, Offshore Odds, & Odds ATS:

Tigers are 15-37 in their last 52 overall.

White Sox are 5-1 in their last 6 overall.

Against The Spread Selection: Series split at 2-2

My reason for the pick :

The Tigers and the White Sox will split the four-game series at 2-2. At this point of the season, there isn’t much to play for as the two teams are at the bottom of the division and it seems unlikely that they are going to make the postseason with the remaining games left in the season. However, it will be a great batting matchup between Abreu and Castellanos as both players have been playing great since the All-Star break with Castellanos rewarded with the player of the week. It will also be a great opportunity for younger players to develop as both teams prepare to build for the future.

Betting trends for Chicago White Sox:

  • White Sox are 5-1 in their last 6 vs. a team with a losing record.

Betting trends for Detroit Tigers:

  • Tigers are 13-32 in their last 45 games on grass.
