Pick, Prediction, & Preview:

Indiana Pacers vs Cleveland Cavaliers

It all comes down to this one game win or home. The Cleveland Cavaliers will welcome the Pacers back to Quicken Loans Arena where there can only be one winner.

This will be the game of the season and the game that could determine LeBron’s legacy to whether he stays in Cleveland or go elsewhere.

Game 7 here we go!

Indiana Pacers's Latest Performance :

The Pacers ask for a game 7, their wish has been granted with a game 7. They completely destroyed the Cavs in game 6 by blowing them out and showing them no mercy. The Pacers are legit contenders who can potentially beat the Cavs at home.

The mindset for the Pacers for game 7 is that they often have the lead earlier in the game and allow the Cavaliers to crawl back in and won the game, this costs them game 5 where they lost at home. Once they have the lead they shouldn’t even allow even a glimpse of daylight for a Cavaliers comeback.

Victor Olapido has made a name for himself as a superstar in this league. It is the first time in his career that he is the first option on the team, he said it is tough that defender pays so much attention to me but this is what I have asked for. Olapido will have a chance to redeem himself again after 2 bad games he responded with a triple-double, being catalysts for the Pacers offense.

Who would have thought that the Pacers would be this good since trading their star player Paul George, who already is out in the first round. The Pacers will use this as motivation proving everyone wrong that they can do it without George. Sabonis has been really solid for this Pacers team as he dropped 19 points off the bench. Lance Stephenson will be ready for one more round against LeBron in a game 7 which LBJ came out victorious in the Eastern Conference Final he probably remembers it like it was yesterday as he seeks revenge.

The Pacers are shooting a pretty well percentage at 47 percent hitting 8 threes per night and have outscored and outrebounded the Cavs in every game they have won. The Pacers only need to win one game on the road to shock the world.

Player to Watch: Victor Olapido, he is the true captain of this Pacers team, as his former partner Westbrook is out of the playoffs he has a chance to outshine him and become another player that became great after leaving Westbrook. Victor has to play the game of his life in order for the Pacers to win. If the game does come to a final possession Victor has to remember to be aggressive to the rim and finish strong.

Cleveland Cavaliers's Latest Performance :

Is the end looming for the Cleveland Cavaliers, as no one expected this series to go the distance. After the trade deadline, the new look Cavaliers looked really promising with the addition of Clarkson Nance and Hood their ball movement was superb. When comes playoffs time all of these things mentioned above seem to disappear. It is sad to see LeBron being the only one showing up in this series, the reason why they made that trade was to get some help to help LeBron make a deep playoffs run. It was all fun when he hit the Game Winner in game 5, now they will have to go back home with winning is their only option no second chances.

LeBron had only 22 points in game 6 which is not enough to beat this Pacers team that has figured out the Cavs, James only shot 43.8 from the field it goes to show if LeBron has one bad game the Cavaliers are likely to end up losing in blowout games. Kevin Love who has been a major disappointment this series shot only 30% from the field he had only 7 points perhaps his hand is still bothering him, as he progresses in his career you will rarely see Kevin dominate the paint like he used to it was the reason why the Cavs traded away Wiggins for him. Since Kyrie left there isn’t a player who can create for himself than LeBron. Jordan Clarkson isn’t ready for the big stage as he only managed to score 5 points.

Kyle Korver has to shoot lights out as he has been the only player who has been consistent all series long.

The team shooting must improve at home as they only shot 41% from the field.

The Cavaliers must find a way to contain Victor Oladipo because if he has a great game the game will be out of reach, Victor putting up triple doubles is unacceptable.

Player to Watch: LeBron James all eyes will be on James as he put on a performance of a lifetime to will his team into the second round. It is very hard to see LeBron putting in so much effort in his 15th season as he is getting no help at all. He has never lost a playoffs series in round one in his entire career.

How Indiana Pacers & Cleveland Cavaliers Matchup.

Vegas Odds, Offshore Odds, & Odds ATS:

Pacers are 9-1 ATS in their last 10 road games vs. a team with a home winning % of greater than .600.

Against The Spread Selection: Indiana Pacers

My reason for the pick :

My heart says Cavs but from the way they are performing in these last few games giving up leads and letting LeBron will his team back to tie the game. No one has stepped up for the Cavs, you can see the pain in LeBron press conference he is trying everything he can to help this team win. He is arguably the best player on the planet but he still can’t win on his own basketball is a sport that requires that everyone needs to contribute for the team to be successful.

As a basketball fan, it will be hard to see LeBron go out like this with that being said the Pacers will show up showing the Cavs that they are the better team as they take game 7 on the road.

Pacers to Win game 7, Victor Oladipo leads the Pacers to the Conference semis and Lance gets his revenge on LeBron.

Betting trends for Indiana Pacers:
