Pick, Prediction, & Preview:

New York Knicks vs Oklahoma City Thunder

The Thunder have now won 8 of their last 9 games as they will welcome the Knicks to Chesapeake Energy Arena. The Thunder are coming off a huge win against the Suns while the Knicks are coming off a loss against the Magic. Game tips off at 8:00 PM ET.

New York Knicks 's Latest Performance :

The Knicks will begin their three-game road trip against the Thunder. They are on a two-game losing streak as they are coming off a loss against the Magic. They allowed the Magic to shoot 17 threes against them. Enes Kanter of the Knicks notched his fifth straight double-double, with 16 points and 15 rebounds. The Knicks were held to 33 percent shooting from the field and made just 4 of 27 from deep. Kevin Knox played 26 minutes and tied his season high with 17 points, along with three rebounds and two 3-pointers. He hasn’t been great since his return from injury so it was great to see him bounce back with a season-high in points. I expect him to have a great game against Paul George as he will be looking forward to going up against one of the best wing players in the league. Tim Hardaway will look to bounce back after a horrible shooting night against the Magic he can heat up in a hurry he had scored 27 and 34 points in his previous two games. The Knicks have great young talent and once they get everyone healthy they should be a great team to watch.

Oklahoma City Thunder 's Latest Performance :

The Thunder are coming off an easy win against the Suns as Paul George was impressive he matched his season high with 32 points shooting 11/19 from the floor while Dennis Schroder added 20 points and 9 assists for the Thunder. Steven Adams continues to roll as a major offensive figure for the Oklahoma City Thunder this season as he outplayed Ayton he had 10 points in the first quarter set the tone for the rest of the game. He was 9 of 13 from the floor and added 3 steals and a pair of blocks in a typically energetic display and finished the game with 18 points. He limits Ayton to only 12 points and 7 rebounds. Russell Westbrook still remains questionable for this game. Dennis Schroder and Paul George will continue to run the show on offense. Playing against the Knicks the Thunder will be able to see for the first time rookie Kevin Knox who has been a pleasant surprise for the Knicks this season.

How New York Knicks & Oklahoma City Thunder Matchup.

Vegas Odds, Offshore Odds, & Odds ATS:

Thunder are 6-0 ATS in their last 6 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game.

Knicks are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games following a double-digit loss at home.

Against The Spread Selection: Oklahoma City Thunder

My reason for the pick :

The Thunder should be able to cruise past the Knicks at home. Paul George will continue to strive to be the Thunder “go to guy” as he is going to have another great scoring game. The Thunder will be fine without Westbrook in this game as they are a better team on paper. For the Knicks, Knox will have another great game as he eases his way into the Knicks roster. The Thunder are clicking and it will be hard for anyone to stop them.

Betting trends for New York Knicks :

  • Knicks are 7-18-1 ATS in their last 26 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600.

Betting trends for Oklahoma City Thunder :

  • Thunder are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 home games.
