Arizona State Sun Devils's Latest Performance :
Nevada is certainly a high scoring team that currently ranks 22nd in the nation in averaging 86 points per game on 48% shooting. And while they only put up 73 points versus a solid defensive team in the USC Trojans, they certainly showed their ability to remain accurate from the field as they shot 47% on the night while connecting on 8 of 23 three point attempts on the night. Jordan Caroline led the team in scoring with 24 points while going 9-22 from the field while the leading scorer for the Wolfpack, Caleb Martin, struggled in going 3-8 while ending with 8 points along with seven assists on the night.

Against The Spread Selection: Pick: Arizona State Sun Devils
My reason for the pick :
While I have no doubt that the Nevada Wolfpack will bring there A games in this matchup, as they have all season long, I will back the Arizona State Sun Devil in this contest in that they have been extraordinary at home lately. Combine this with the fact that the Sun Devils continue to lock down opposing offenses in 2018 while also possessing one of the most dangerous offenses in the nation, look for them to neutralize and offense in the Wolfpack while picking up a huge victory at home on Friday night.
Totals Selection: Pick: Under
My reason for the prediction :
Each of the teams in this contest are ranked squads and will certainly come out looking to illustrate why they deserve to be where they are at this point in the season. With that being said, while the Offenses for both teams have gained much of the press throughout the season, the defenses will take center stage in this all important contest on Friday night. With that being said, look for the under to be the strong play in this matchup as it has been the play in the last four road games for Nevada while also being the result in three of the last four home games for Arizona State.
