Virginia Cavaliers vs Indiana Hoosiers
The Virginia Cavaliers will travel to Memorial Stadium in Bloomington, Indiana, to take on the Indiana Hoosiers on 9-8-2018 in week 2 college football action beginning at 7:30 pm EST. The Hoosiers would get the 38-28 road win over the Golden Panthers of Florida International on last Saturday as they would not cover the spread (-15) while the over was the play with the total being set at 55.5 points for the game. The Cavaliers would pick up a 42-13 blowout win at home versus the Richmond Spiders in the opener as they were able to cash in on the spread (-14.5) while the over of 53.5 was indeed surpassed. Most recently, these two teams met on 9-9-2017 when the Hoosiers would get the 34-17 road win to where they would cover the spread (-4) while the under was the play (56.5).

Mandy Alonso would also have a sack in the game.
Indiana Hoosiers's Latest Performance :
The Indiana Hoosiers would go up 28-14 at the half at FIU last weekend, and despite being outscored 14-10 in the 2nd, were able to sneak out win a touch win in week 1. How Virginia Cavaliers & Indiana Hoosiers Matchup.
Vegas Odds, Offshore Odds, & Odds ATS:
Indiana is 0-1 ATS while the O/U is 1-0
UVA is 1-0 ATS while the O/U is 1-0
In-Depth Analysis of each team:
After a great performance rushing in week 1, the Cavs will take it on the road to battle an Indiana team that should be brimming with confidence after their road win over FIU in the opener. The Hoosiers dominated UVA last year on the road and while the Cavs will be looking for payback in this contest, Indiana simply looks to continue its great play on both sides of the ball. In all, this will be an interesting game amongst 2 offense that are clicking at this point in the season. With that being said, both defenses will certainly need to step up.
Against The Spread Selection: Pick: Indiana Hoosiers -6.5
My reason for the pick :
I will back the Hoosiers in this instance in that they are returning home from a game in which they illustrated a healthy amount of focus in the second half to put away the Golden Panthers. Virginia, on the other hand, also has much to feel good about their victory over the Richmond Spiders, however, Indiana will have much momentum playing in their first home game of the season. Of course, the Cavs will remember their blowout loss last year to Indiana, nonetheless, the Hoosiers will show and prove once against that they are simply the better team.
Totals Selection: Pick: Under 52
My reason for the prediction :
I will back the under in this contest as I happen to feel that both defenses will play well in this game. And while Indiana may capitalize from opportunities a bit more, I expect scoring to be at a minimum as the home team will begin to stuff the running attack for UVA in the second half (once adjustments are made). In all, the home team will indeed run away with a modest victory over a tough Virginia team on Saturday.
