How Jacksonville Jaguars & New York Giants Matchup.

Vegas Odds, Offshore Odds, & Odds ATS:

In-Depth Analysis of each team:

The Jags, after a very successful preseason, primarily due to their defensive play, will come into this game looking to get their running game going early on a Giants squad that were totally obliterated by the Pats on the ground in their last outing.  Please believe that they will see a heavy dose of Fournette in the opener at MetLife on Sunday.  The Giants will be focused on playing well at home to begin the season as they certainly look to compete within their respective division by the end of the 2018 campaign.

Against The Spread Selection: Pick:  Jacksonville Jaguars -3

My reason for the pick :

The Jags should have just enough to pick up a win in this matchup along with cover the small spread.  Their running game will certainly allow them to control the trenches while tiring the Giants over time.  As stated, while they may not score many points, they will certainly take advantage of their opportunities in this game.  The Giants will also get an up close and personal look into what may be potentially the best defense of the year by the end of 2018.  IN all, take the Jags to cover in week 1 over a lackluster Giants squad.

Totals Selection: Pick:  Under (off)

My reason for the prediction :

I will go off the direction of a knowledgeable sports analysis by the name of Red from out west, and pick the under in this contest as it seems that the Jaguars defense seems to be for real.  Furthermore, in squaring off against a Giants team that has not been able to handle much defensive pressure at all in recent years can certainly serve them well in week 1.  Look for the Jags to get pressure on manning along with exert their physicality with their receivers in which to provide the guys in the trenches the opportunity to break down the pocket.  In all, while I certainly do not see the Jags scoring many points, their D will certainly not let the home team score many as well.
